Here at Horizones, we have a comprehensive selection of classes to enjoy for all fitness levels from tranquil yoga to high impact Zumba circuits.

Fat Attack - an intense carviovascular workout disigned to help you lose the pounds.
Ab-Flex - work on your core stability to improve flexibility and abdominal conditioning.
Fab Abs - Tone your stomach with this class focusing solely on your abs.
Burn it Boot Camp - a combination of drills and circuits to improve your strength and stamina.
Supple Strength - Blending yoga and pilates working on posture, body allignment and flexibility.

Friday 6.30am - 9.00pm
Weekends 8.00am - 7.00pm
Bank Holidays 9.00am - 5.00pm
Last entry is 1 hour before closing.
